You deliberately seek solitude but sometimes experience a sense of loneliness or alienation along the path.
You yearn to connect with someone who truly understands the journey of spiritual unfoldment. And most friends and family seem unable to “hear” you.

Do you yearn to find a confidential, open-minded, non-judgmental, spiritually-based listener who can help you get centered and listen to your Inner Wisdom?
I can ”hear you.”
As a Spiritual Director, I can ”hear you.” I understand my role as a confidential companion along your spiritual path toward wholeness. I will listen without judging or fixing your situation, (dilemma, feelings, and blocks). And, if you’re willing, I will gently guide or “direct” you out of the head and into your deep spiritual core of Love and Discernment so that you can find your best next step for your situation.
As Spiritual Director, I am not your guide or coach or your therapist. Having journeyed a path of spiritual and psychological transformation for 25 years, I have wisdom, techniques, and reflections for you to contemplate. Using our spiritual tools of centering breath, and unhurried presencing, I help you awaken your powers of discernment and love to find the “highest and best” resolution for your current question in life.
I offer to walk beside you and help you remember you are not alone.
Before each session, I get myself centered and deliberately connect with the “I Am,” my spiritual inner wisdom so that I can listen from my heart and offer suggestions to “be with yourself” as you navigate your world. I ask questions that will help you see a bigger picture or help you see deeply within. I create a pathway for you to access your inner guidance, to hear it, and to know it’s coming from the I Am. In this way, you are tuning in to your inner guidance, listening to what you truly desire and where you desire to take your journey.
